Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate React Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the front-end aspects of our web applications, working closely with our UI/UX designers to translate visual designs into seamless, scalable, and interactive web experiences.

Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain robust, high-quality React and Next.js components and applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement innovative front-end solutions.
- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring web accessibility standards.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to React applications.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in React development, with a solid understanding of its core principles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript and front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JSON Web Token).
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
