As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with the CTO to craft the MVP set for a summer launch. ## Required Technical Skills & Experience

### **Technical Proficiency:**

Our tech stack includes:

- **Back-end:** AWS, Encore, PostgreSQL, Golang
- **Front-end:** Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion
- **Tools:** Docker, DataDog, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare

We value familiarity with our entire stack but primarily seek expertise in:

- Next.js
- Tailwind CSS
- Framer Motion

Applicants should have at least a year of experience with these technologies.

## Soft Skills

- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- A quick learner who can adapt to a rapidly evolving industry
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality
- Ability to follow instructions precisely

## Work Schedule & Holidays

- Full-time position with flexible hours, Monday to Friday
- Remote work, allowing you to work in your timezone
- One-month probationary period
- Eligibility for vacation and sick leave after four months
- Recognition of all Filipino holidays

## Compensation and Benefits

- Monthly salary of $1,500 for a 40-hour workweek, with payment via EasyPay
- Regular payouts with an initial weekly schedule, shifting to semi-monthly after the first month
