Contact Clients to obtain Loan Documents such as Income Documents/ Asset Documents/ Tax Returns
Review and Analyze Documents
Follow up with Leads to get them to fill out the online loan application
Review the Loan Application for Accuracy
Pull and Review Credit
Calculate Income
Price Loans

Email Lenders for scenarios to find the right product
Assist in Lead Generation to Real Estate Agents
Follow up with Real Estate Agents
Schedule Appointments

Must have excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm EST and possibly longer
Must have a strong internet connection
Must be able to speak on the phone and on Zoom with clients
Must be willing to take training courses to learn how to calculate income/ review loan guidelines/ etc.
