Paradigm Insurance Agency (PIA) is seeking an experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Quoting (P&C-IQ) Specialist. PIA is a division of Paradigm Financial Group, Inc. (PFGI), headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, USA has over 20 years of experience in wealth management, insurance, and college planning. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as P&C-IQ Specialist.

As a P&C-IQ Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team in various administrative tasks crucial to the quoting process and other policy-related changes. You will work closely with our sales agents to ensure the timely and accurate processing of applications, quotes, policy changes, and renewals. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to apply valuable experience in the insurance industry and further develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications
- Prior experience using platforms such as Ezlynx and Epic while using InsuredMine (CRM) and Box (Document Storage) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years Personal Lines experience is required, while experience in Commercial Lines is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Commitment to upholding high service standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Computer with high-speed processor
- Stable and high-speed internet connection, with backup internet service

- Full-time work from home role (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time)
- 750-1,000 USD per month depending on skills and experience
