Youtube Thumbnail Designer

Hello!
We're a thriving YouTube channel in need of a talented Thumbnail Designer to join our team!

As of now, we have a few daily tasks and a few weekly tasks:

Daily tasks include designing new thumbnails from scratch, researching new thumbnail ideas, and working on thumbnail revisions.

Weekly tasks such as checking in with the Creative Director and ideating new thumbnails.

We would love for you to be the thumbnail designer that will take our established channel to the next level!
