Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented and driven In-House Recruiter to join our team in the Philippines. This role will be instrumental in helping us build a capable offshore team to support our growing client base. As our first offshore hire, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions for pay per click roles
Source candidates located in the Philippines through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates that align with our company culture and job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
Manage the candidate pipeline and keep accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
Assist with the negotiation and offer process, including salary discussions and contract preparation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency and related industry setting.
Must have an understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Experience in recruiting for digital marketing roles is a huge plus.
Must have recruited for US-based companies in previous roles.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
