Are you passionate about working with a start up in space exploration and human performance? Join Interstellar Performance Labs as a Virtual Assistant while working remotely!

We specialize in providing human performance training and consulting for isolated, confined, and extreme environments, focusing on space analog missions. We're seeking a motivated individual to become a part of our Interstellar Team to manage our social media.

Requirements: Must be able to communicate and achieve deadlines. Looking for someone who can take initiative.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO to create social media strategies that meet professional and company goals.
- Stay available online during events to update social media and assist the CEO.
- Find opportunities for interesting content like interviews or behind-the-scenes looks.
- Coordinate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to post content across social media platforms.
- Manage Instagram and LinkedIn accounts to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Plan content that aligns with company goals and interests.
- Write engaging posts and stories for social media.
- Update website content to keep it current and appealing.
- Create presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Write newsletters to keep the community informed about company news and events.

Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and be the right-hand man/woman of the CEO.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva and GoHighlevel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creativity and a knack for crafting engaging content.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Understanding of brand voice and messaging consistency.
- Experience with presentation creation and newsletter writing is a plus.
- Passion for space exploration or related fields is strongly preferred but not required.

Opportunities:
- Best efforts will be made to meet 15 hours per week. However, there may be weeks when the hours drop below 15, as well as weeks when hours may exceed 15 hours.
- As our startup grows, this role has opportunities for increased hours, salary, and promotions.
