Real Estate Dispositions/TC

The Real Estate Dispositions & Transactions Coordinator is responsible for providing support to our Dispositions team. The role combines strong relationship management and negotiation skills with exceptional customer service to provide our clients and partners with unrivaled service.

Summary of Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the smooth completion of deals from contract to close. Coordinate with Sellers, Buyers and Attorneys ensuring exceptional communication and service at all times
• Build listings of off-market deals, source missing information by researching public records or by calling the Seller/Agent
• Assist with the marketing of active listings on Social Media platforms and respond to, and follow-up on interest quickly and thoroughly
• Source end buyers for active residential real estate deals by researching and calling buyers and presenting the deal to them
• Research new cash buyers to add to our buyer database
• Curate our buyer database by calling buyers to establish or verify their buying criteria
• Accurately input captured information into our CRM
• Always deliver exceptional service and act as the first point of contact for owners and investment partners in the pre-close phase.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Must have excellent spoken English
• 2+ years’ experience of real estate dispositions with a real estate wholesaler
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; verbal and written
• Proficiency in MS Office
• You must have a computer and good home internet
• This is a full-time position, working US Eastern Time

• Uncapped commission for closed deals
