E-BIKE TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Join our team as an E-Bike Technical Support Agent if you have a solid background in the E-bike industry, strong customer service skills, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.


Starting salary rate: $400 to $500
Type of employment: FULL TIME
Desired No. of Hrs per week: 48 Hours

REQUIREMENTS:

* 1 year or more of experience in the E-bike industry
* Proficient in troubleshooting procedures with over 2 years of customer service experience
* Ability to handle phone calls effectively and ensure a good attendance record
* Responsible, reliable, and able to work long-term and stable

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Handle post-sales issues and guide customers on the assembly processes
* Provide troubleshooting for any technical problems
* Ask for feedback and reviews from customers
