What You Will Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative for our Men's Health brand, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound calls, emails, and online chats promptly and professionally.
Providing assistance to existing customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Promoting and selling existing products as well as introducing new offerings to customers.
Serving as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
Working closely with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service roles within the US market.
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional demeanour, fluent in English.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks to uphold our commitment to quality service.
Any interest or knowledge in Active Nutrition and Health is a plus.

Location: Remote, US Time Zone
Hours: 35 hours per week
