Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized part-time bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting invoices and receipts, accurately updating Excel spreadsheets, and assisting with financial record-keeping tasks.

Responsibilities:
Collect and organize invoices and receipts from various sources.
Enter financial data into Excel spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
Reconcile invoices and receipts with purchase orders and contracts.
Maintain orderly and up-to-date financial records.
Help with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.

Schedule:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The schedule can be discussed and adjusted based on mutual agreement.
