Responsibilities:
Video Editing:
*Edit long and short-form videos for various marketing purposes including Business Interviews, Real Estate Walkthroughs, Agent Interviews, etc.
*Ensure videos are engaging, visually appealing, and align with brand guidelines.
*Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
Social Media Management:
*Manage and post content on
*Create and curate compelling content including images, videos, and captions to increase engagement and followers.
*Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Social Media Scheduling:
*Utilize scheduling tools to plan and schedule social media posts in advance.
*Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media content with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Graphic Design:
*Design graphics for social media posts, events,
*Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and resonate with the target audience.
Copywriting:
*Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts,
*Tailor messaging to different audiences while maintaining brand voice and tone.
Content Creation:
*Generate creative ideas for content across various platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
*Develop infographics, and other content assets to educate and engage the target audience.

Qualifications:
*1 year + experience working overnight as this can be difficult on families and I want to ensure you have adjusted and know what to expect.
*1 year + of experience in marketing is preferred.
*Proven experience in video editing.
*Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
*Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
*Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (scheduling directly through FB).
*Familiarity with
*Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
*Strong communication and collaboration skills.
*Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Real Estate is a plus!
