Social Media Manager
Overview

We own a supply company and will be helping our contractor customers by taking their photos and videos and posting to their social media account. We also have a photographer that will be going out to some of the jobsites to take photos as well. We will also have our own content that will be edited/posted for our supply company.

Beginning Stage

This person will be in charge of editing content per our guidelines as well as scheduling the posts using HighLevel as well as on the actual platforms. In the beginning stage, it will be just for our supply company and one contractor.

Growth Stage

We will be adding two contractor accounts per week for the next 3+ years which means we will be adding more people to edit the posts.

This person will go from the editor and poster to just scheduling the posts.

This person will be responsible for managing these people to ensure the posts reflect our guidelines and are scheduled as planned.

This person will also be responsible for finding and recruiting the editors.

As the accounts grow, there will be the need to bring on additional people that are scheduling the posts. This person will be responsible for finding and recruiting these people.


Expectations

This person MUST be able to handle the growth of the project. This project is very ambitious and needs the right person to make this a success.

This person MUST excel at managing multiple things and people at once.

This person MUST be able to direct, manage, and hold other people accountable.

This person MUST be able to find/recruit editors when we begin to add our new accounts.

Compensation

The position will start at $8 per hour and will grow as the company grows. As of now my thought process is $1 extra per hour for every 10 accounts that they are managing. Remember, as the account grows, so will the number of editors and schedulers.

Ideally the workload will remain the same for this individual, but it will go from doing the actual work to managing the workers.

This job is NOT for everyone. This job will be very demanding but will also be rewarding for the right person.

You must be capable of working for someone like Musk, Bezos, Gates, etc. If you wouldn’t be able to work for them, you won’t be a good fit for this project because it’s VERY ambitious.

Please do not waste your time or mine unless you are the absolute best at managing multiple people effectively on a very large project.
