Marketing Coordinator

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and reaching new heights of success. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marketing initiatives, from social media management to online advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1
?General Social Media Management
o Create FB Posts with Pictures and Captions.
o Update Google My Business (GMB's) with Pictures of Jobs, etc.
?Review Management
o Request 5 Star Reviews from Customers.
o Respond to Customer reviews both positive and negative.
?Mail Campaigns
o Work with Sales to determine how many mailers to send based on needed leads.
o Determine which routes to send mailers to.
o Track response rates.
o Split test different mailers and track results.
o Reorder mailers from printer as needed.
?Analytics and Reporting
o Regularly analyze website traffic, social media engagement metrics, and ad campaign performance to identify trends and areas of improvement.
o Prepare reports summarizing key performance indicators and presenting actionable insights to management.
?Budget Management
o Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across different channels based on performance and goals.

Phase 2 (Takeover from current marketing agency)
?Google Ads Campaigns
o Track effectiveness of Ads
o Split test new Ads
???Facebook Ads Campaigns
o Track effectiveness of Ads
o Split test new Ads
?Website
o Optimize website content for local keywords, backlinks, etc.
o Add new pages as needed.
o Manage Online directory listings.
o Track rankings.
???Email Marketing
o Customer Education and Monthly Newsletter
o Design offers/discounts for our customers.
?Split test offers.
?Track effectiveness.
?Continued Education and Industry Trends
o Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new marketing tools or technologies through webinars and professional groups/associations.
o Incorporate new strategies or tactics into marketing plans as appropriate.

Experience level:
?2 plus years of marketing experience. If it’s in a related industry that’s a big plus.
?Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
?You will need to have experience with most of the duties listed above. However, if you do not have all the skills listed but are smart, hardworking, and willing to learn independently we will give you the tools to succeed.

Job Type:
Full-time- this is a full-time position that needs to be engaged during the entire shift. You will not have the ability to use this as a 2nd job.

Shift:
• Monday- Friday CST 7am to 5pm 10 Hours Per Day- 1 Hour Break*
*Please note this is 9pm to 7am Philippines time half the year and half the year it would be 8pm to 6am.

Salary:
40,000-50,000 PHP Per Month plus possible bonuses TBD. Salary is done 2x a month on the 20th and the 6th day of the month.

You will have paid time off for the holidays we are closed in the U.S.
