Cold Calling Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Cold-Calling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to potential customers, generating new leads, and contributing to the company's overall sales growth. Your strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively will be instrumental in achieving success.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services and identifying sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through persistent follow-up and relationship-building efforts.
- Accurately record and update lead information, call notes, and activities in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for effective cold-calling.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product/service offerings to better position our solutions.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of proven experience in outbound cold-calling and lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Shopify, Aircall, and Hubstaff is preferred but not required).
- Resilience and persistence in the face of rejection, with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
