Here’s a unique opportunity to channel your passion for stellar customer service and precision into resolving courier claims for lost or damaged parcels, ensuring our customers' trust and satisfaction.

Your Role:
Claims Handling: Take charge of managing claims for lost or damaged parcels, guiding them towards a resolution that puts the customer first. This includes probing into claims, coordinating with courier services, and facilitating the necessary compensation or replacement.

Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of all claims and interactions, ensuring that documentation is precise for both internal and external review. This entails collecting evidence, completing claim forms meticulously, and tracking the progress of each claim.

Customer Liaison: Act as the principal contact for customers facing issues with their shipments, providing empathetic, clear, and consistent communication. Your role is to keep customers informed and satisfied throughout the resolution process.

Enhancing Processes: Actively contribute to the enhancement of the claims process, identifying patterns in claims, offering feedback to courier partners, and recommending preventive strategies to minimize future issues.
