Amazon Account Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated Amazon specialist to join our team and take charge of our Amazon store operations. If you have a passion for e-commerce and expertise in Amazon product listing, keyword research, store optimization, and customer service, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:
As an Amazon Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Amazon store to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience. You will play a critical role in optimizing product listings, conducting keyword research, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Product listing optimization:

Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to maximize visibility and conversion.
Write compelling product descriptions, titles, and bullet points to highlight key features and benefits.
Ensure product images meet Amazon's guidelines and are visually appealing to customers.
Keyword research and SEO:

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for product optimization.
Implement SEO strategies to improve product ranking and visibility in Amazon search results.
Store Optimization:

Regularly monitor and analyze Amazon store performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
Implement strategies to optimize the overall performance of the Amazon store, including pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management.
Customer Service:

Provide prompt and courteous customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking proactive measures to address any concerns and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist with a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
Proficiency in product listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers .
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
