Administrative Assistant - Marketing Emphasis

This role is to assist the entire team with general administrative tasks, graphic design, web design, video editing and operations. You are a jack of all trades and like wearing many hats. Organizing projects and working across internal and external projects. This role has a high emphasis on identifying gaps, helping organize, and supporting everyone on the team. Experience or interest in marketing, product, and a growth mindset is encouraged to flourish in this role.

The best person for this role is creative, highly organized, a self-starter, and high-achieving.

Job entails
-Assisting in marketing assets through content creation, ideas, scheduling, and working with the design team to come up with high-quality content for both in-house projects and clients.
-Assist marketing team with Social Media management, planning, and scheduling
-Project Management - Organizing projects through standard business management tools, Google Drive, Trello, Asana, Slack and more
-Graphic Design and video editing to support our team and our clients
-Supporting and improving operating procedures to scale the business
-Email maintenance, assisting with inquiries through different channels and platforms - wholesale orders, scheduling, follow-ups
-Work with clients with onboarding and offboarding of projects

Any of the below are not required but highly desired - make sure to mention the below if you have direct experience in any of the following
-Experience with web design; CSS, HTML, Shopify, WordPress, Wix, Squarespace etc.,
-Social media tools and content planning
-Business process documentation
-Content writing, blogging, SEO experience
-Able to work independently with little oversight, a go-getter and problem solver
-Design eye for marketing. Able to use Adobe Suite of products
-Identify gaps in the business and proactively address these obstacles

This is a full-time role
Offer based on experience ranging from $350 - $1000 per month
40+ hours a week required
Flexible work schedule (normal Philippines time) with required weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings
90-day probation period - with a salary increase after first 90 days
Employee review every 6 months with a salary increase
7 days paid vacation + all major US holidays
5 paid sick days + Some Philippines holiday
