Facebook Ads researcher

I am looking to hire someone who will help research, analyze, and download Facebook Ads for certain verticals/markets we're running campaigns. Ideally, the role will have you finding ads, making small edits to them (to make them unique), and uploading those ads to Facebook.

Before I hire someone for this, I'll have you do a paid "test run" where I'll pay you $20 to find me 10 video ads from competitors. I'll provide an instructional video on exactly what to do & what to look for.

Looking for someone who:
- Has great English
- Responsive & good communicator
- Hard worker
- Detail oriented

Having prior experience with Facebook Ads would be great but not a requirement.
