Locksmith Dispatcher

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and efficient Locksmith Dispatcher to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Locksmith Dispatcher will be to answer incoming calls from customers, accurately record their details, and efficiently schedule appointments for locksmith services. This job is purely WORK FROM HOME
Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately record their details, including name, contact information, address, and locksmith service required.
3. Communicate effectively with locksmith technicians to coordinate service appointments and dispatch them to customer locations.
4. Maintain an organized schedule of appointments and ensure timely dispatch of locksmith technicians.
5. Provide customers with accurate information regarding service availability, estimated arrival times, and any relevant service details.
6. Follow up with customers to confirm appointment details and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling and streamline dispatch operations.
8. Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and maintaining customer records.
9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and professionalism in handling customer information.
10. Handle any escalated customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
11. Efficiently create invoices when requested.
Requirements:
2. Proven experience in customer service or dispatching role preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
6. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
7. Knowledge of locksmith services and terminology is a plus.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Starting Rate is 120.00 Php per hour with the chance of an increase and rewards based on performance.
