Inside Sales Representative

Scout is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to:
- field inbound text messages and emails (from residential real estate agents looking to grow their business)
- reach out to these leads via phone, text, and email
- qualify and close them

Primary communication methods:
- phone and text-based outreach
- live video meeting Zoom and Google Meet to demo/showcase our product
- personalized video message services (e.g. Loom).

Expectations:
- Field 10-20 new inbound leads / day,
- follow up with 30-50
- close 2-3 new deals / day.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
- Experience with video communication tools like Loom and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with the residential real estate industry is a plus.
