Agent/HR specialist (full time/part-time)

Yaychat is a top entertainment application featuring group voice chat for various activities. With a group of talented engineers, Yaychat has been ranking top 100 in Apple store since it is published and it only takes us half a year. We have thousands of users and hundreds of experienced hosts and we just raised our D round of funding. Now, we are ramping up our team quickly and looking for more HR specialists from Philippines to join us!

Position:
Agent/HR specialist (WFH, fullUpgrade to see actual info-time)
Notice people in this position will hire hosts, and our hosts do not need to show their face, but only their voice. As our users are mainly from America and Europe, fluent English speaking skill is highly important.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Posting of recruitment advertisements
• Drive the recruitment process to attract and retain top host talent
• Execute and oversee performance management processes
• Generate daily and weekly report

Requirements:
• Fluent in English speaking
• Rich experience in recruiting, livestream or radio industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
• Result-driven
