Job Summary
1. Data Entry & Management:
a. Maintain records of sales targets vs. actual
b. Manage sharepoint site
2. Appointment Scheduling:
a. Coordinating calendar
b. Scheduling meetings for tech organization
c. Assist in organizing events and travel
3. Reporting and Analysis:
a. Manage and monitor tracker for leadership updates and projects
b. Prepare weekly reporting
c. Monitor open staffing needs by client for greater visibility
4. Communication Support
a. Assist in social media management and content creation for promotional opportunities
b. Assist with organizing event, webinars, and training seminars
5. Customer Service:
a. Responding to internal questions in a timely manner
b. Follow up with post client visit/SOW deliverables
c. Send client surveys prior, during, and post project completion
