How would you like to flex your growth hacking expertise under the guidance of a 9 figure media buyer and working with a 7 figure almost 8 figure eCommerce company?

We already have a media buyer for facebook so primarily your role will be in working with us on copy angles for ads and creating the pipeline of testing and optimising ads. This framework we will be teaching you for copy optimising is how to scale paid media.

This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the largest online essential oils companies in the US.

You will have a strong creative / design background, understand how to create klaviyo campaigns that move the needle and monetize / optimize flows to convert.

You will have a strong copywriting background and understand possibly even have studied some of the greats like Dan Kennedy, Gary Halbert and Eugene Schwartz.

You should have a very keen eye for detail, be highly organised with a strong ability to execute quickly.

To excel in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of eCommerce growth principles, including LTV, AOV, CAC, and Payback period.

You should be technically proficient, with the ability to navigate and quickly learn new programs and services.

Project management, attention to detail, and excellent timekeeping skills are a must, as you will work closely with our team to manage and prioritize campaigns.

Your immediate responsibilities will include:

1. Taking over all copy strategies internally ((this is not just about writing ads.... this is about understanding hooks, psychological drivers, lead-ins. This is about understanding mechanisms of selling) This will be to understand how we are communicating through the entire customer flow / journey.
2. Aligning & creating & designing our email promotion strategies
3. Creating data and analytics dashboards for in-time reporting on our flow & audience performance.
4. Creating campaign suggestions for testing new audiences that could convert or for micro-testing offers to quick audiences.
5. Reviewing and planning Klaviyo & SMS bump flows.

You should have a basic and advanced understanding of the types of eCommerce flows that should be built out, beyond any copy and paste strategies you could get anywhere else online. Be able to demonstrate an advanced understanding of Klaviyo.
