Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our website and web-based applications to enhance user experience and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of web development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually appealing websites.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and product managers, to ensure the successful implementation of web projects.
Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure website functionality and stability across devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them with website content.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them in daily tasks and processes.
Conduct website testing and troubleshooting.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Web Developer.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
Strong knowledge of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
Experience with content management systems, e.g., WordPress, Drupal.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
