???? What You'll Do:
• Communicate effectively with models to understand their needs and provide support
• Manage a team of Relationship Managers, offering guidance and assistance
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with models to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to address issues and improve processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in model management
• Guide clients in social media and content creation, including live streams
• Report to models the work done on their behalf in a manner that fosters appreciation
• Monitor the quality of work on accounts and address any valid complaints effectively
