COMPANY INFO
We are a small and fast-growing, customer focused eCommerce store (online retail) selling products to the overlanding community. We offer various top name brands of vehicle racks, tents and off-road lighting for trucks, SUVs, and cars.

ROLE
The Marketing Specialist will primarily be responsible for our Email, Social Media and Blogging marketing efforts and report directly to the CEO.
There is opportunity for growth and more hours within SEO, Google/Meta Campaigns and Affiliate Marketing program based on experience.
Primary role focused on email and social media content includes but may not be limited to:
- Work with Product Manager to maintain up to date Promotional Calendar for our brands
- Creating email and social media content for our Promotional Calendar
- Creating, managing, monitoring our Social Media content, comments, and interactions with other users. The majority of content and images will be provided. KEY IS TO BE ABLE TO USE CANVA and CAPCUT TO CREATE VIDEOS as well as image posts!
- Manage Direct email marketing including weekly newsletter, promos, flows and creating/managing segments in Klaviyo
- Assist with Shopify and our Ads team updating product descriptions, images, videos, landing pages and theme as needed

Additional Opportunities to grow or manage include for the right candidates:
- Improve our SEO
- Manage META and Google Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and Manage Affiliate Marketing Program
- Research our products, and our competition, to develop a Knowledge Center that can help customers with their buying decisions
- Work with CEO on various research and other projects

PAY
Based on ability and experience, ranging from $5-7/hour or more for the right candidate! Generate ROI on your efforts and your pay will increase accordingly

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH KLAVIYO!
- MUST HAVE SHOPIFY EXPERIENCE!
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CANVA and CAPCUT CREATING IMAGES AND VIDEOS! Preferably with CapCuts new AI Video Creator.
- MUST HAVE ABILITY TO COPYWRITE COMPELLING NEWSLETTER AND EMAIL CONTENT TO DRIVE SALES!

Preferred Skills include META and Google Campaign management and Affiliate Marketing/Referral Partner Marketing programs, Excel and other relevant tools.
Hard working

WORKING HOURS
Currently this is a Freelance position. Team working hours are Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM US Eastern Time with a 1 Hour Break. We are open to flexible hours outside this window for the right candidate, but must be available during our regular business hours to communicate with CEO.
