JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are seeking a proficient and results-driven Marketplace Advertising Manager to oversee and optimize our advertising strategies across various online marketplaces such as Walmart, Amazon, Wayfair, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the performance of our products by implementing and managing effective advertising campaigns, analyzing data, and maximizing ROI across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Develop, implement, and oversee advertising campaigns across various online marketplaces.
Create and manage strategies that align with company objectives, considering marketplace-specific best practices and algorithms.

Optimization and Performance:

Constantly monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and drive ROI.
Use analytical tools and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across different platforms to maximize performance.
Provide regular budget updates and forecasting reports to the management team.

Content and Creative Oversight:

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling ad content and creatives that resonate with the target audience.

Market Research and Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on marketplace trends, consumer behavior, and changes in algorithms or policies to adapt strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis:

Generate comprehensive reports that detail campaign performance, insights, and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Utilize data to make informed decisions and drive strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus)
Proven experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on online marketplaces, such as Walmart, Amazon, Wayfair, etc.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytical tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising Console, etc.).
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and advertising optimization techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
Up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
