Role Overview:

Generate new business through outbound cold calls.
Identify and qualify leads, present our services compellingly.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Meet sales targets, maintain accurate CRM records.
Provide feedback for product/service improvement.

Requirements:

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Knowledge in Real Estate
Excellent phone skills, able to make numerous calls daily.
Quick learner, able to understand and pitch products/services.
Customer-focused, problem-solving, resilient in sales.
Basic computer literacy and CRM familiarity.
Two monitors and webcam is a must
