Chat Support Specialist

We're a fast-growing marketing agency looking for a chat support specialist to help schedule appointments for our clients via SMS (we will provide the SMS software).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to work 11 pm - 7 am Philippines time (Monday - Friday)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- You must be dependable and punctual. During work hours, you're expected to respond to messages immediately
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Fast computer that can handle dozens of browser tabs
- Good attention to detail

OPTIONAL:
- experience working as a support/live chat agent

OTHER
- Your compensation will be $4.50/hour
