Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and Appointment Setter. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying prospects and setting appointments for potential customers for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Qualifying Prospects: Conduct preliminary discussions with leads to assess their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their suitability as potential customers.

2 Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for potential customers for our clients with qualified prospects, ensuring that appointments are accurately documented and communicated.

3. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and overcome objections to secure appointments.

4. Database Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with leads and prospects in the CRM system, ensuring that data is up-to-date and organized.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the client to coordinate appointments, provide feedback on lead quality, and optimize the sales process.

6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics such as number of calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.

2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.

5. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
