The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key support position on the team for Dr. Roseann. This position is heavy on making sales pages, creating digital content for the website. Membership portal, emails, and social media platforms and implementing digital marketing strategies that focus on sales conversions.

Must have experienced with WordPress, CRM and Digital Marketing tech tools, creating funnels, sales pages, and content, as well as implementation support which includes managing our CRM: cleaning up, auditing and making sure database management is timely, accurate and current, cloning pages, building email sequences, etc

MUST know and be EXCELLENT with the Client Relationship Management tools (knowing Kartra is a plus!) and willing to learn CRM (KARTRA) and other tools. Must have strong graphics skills and some video editing skills, skilled with CANVA and/or Adobe, and WordPress.

Must have a passion for creating sales funnels and graphics, and informational and persuasive informational downloads, newsletters, as well as content for various marketing channels, including ads, YouTube, podcast and socials.

Compensation
PHP 55,000 to 60,000 per month for EXCLUSIVE Full Time hours- based on experience
Benefits available after a qualified period and performance benchmarks.

Must be willing to work US hours (6AM to 3PM EST)

Responsibilities:
Making sales pages in WordPress and Karta
Tech support within membership portal
Creating graphics for multiple platforms and blogs
Video editing for multiple platforms, including YouTube and on website
Creating short form video/graphics content
Creating lead magnets and other downloadable content
Supporting WordPress and CRM functions

WordPress and CRM Support
Setting up new account in CRM - Kartra
Background automation to third party applications
Using Naming Protocol so tags, lists, sequences stay organized
Submitting tickets to Kartra
Fix Technology and backend glitches and issues
Building email sequences framework, populating copy on the email sequences
and testing of emails
Populating Membership Portal
Creating Categories, Subcategories
Applying Branding Guidelines to the look of the Membership Portal
Creating new posts, uploading videos, audio, files, checkout etc
Making graphics for membership
Creating, cloning and editing sales pages
Creating on-brand high converting sales pages
Creating Campaigns in CRM and/or WordPress for existing assets & deploying to Client’s account
Creating Products in WordPress and CRM- Checkout link, sales page, thank you page, etc


The ideal candidate must be:
MUST have at least 2 years experience with WordPress
MUST have at least 2 years experience with CRM (KARTRA a plus)
MUST have at least 2 years experience in Digital Marketing
MUST have at least 2 years experience creating on-brand, high converting sales pages
Must have at least 2 years experience making graphics
Strong video editing skills
MUST be proficient in G Drive and G Suite
MUST have Project Management experience (ClickUp a plus)
Strong writing skills: can easily check spelling and grammar
Advanced time management and interpersonal skills
Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred
Attentive to details, efficient, meticulous and very resourceful
Some SEO knowledge experience a plus
