Project-Based Bookkeeper (e-commerce/dropshipping entities)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented project-based bookkeeper to prepare financial statement to our dropshipping/e-commerce entities. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in QuickBooks Online, with a strong focus on financial statement preparation, bulk upload, and reconciliation (Bank and General Ledgers).

Responsibilities:
-Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for our e-commerce entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
-Bulk Upload and Reconciliation: Expertise in managing bulk uploads of financial data into QuickBooks Online and conducting thorough reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
-Trial Balance and Ledgers: Generate trial balances, maintain organized ledgers and account schedules for efficient auditing processes.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a bookkeeper or accountant, preferably in the e-commerce or dropshipping industry.
-Expertise in QuickBooks Online, with advanced knowledge of bulk upload features and reconciliation processes.
-Strong understanding of financial statement preparation and IFRS.
-Ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks within deadlines.
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
