Chief of Staff/ Business Operations Manager (Virtual Assistant)

Brolly Labs is actively seeking an outstanding candidate for a Chief of Staff/ Business Manager (Virtual Assistant) position within a fast-growing company in the United States.

Role Description:

In this multifaceted position, you will spearhead various operational, people management, and administrative tasks essential to our company's success. Your responsibilities will encompass creating and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and playbooks, leveraging tools like Notion, ClickUp, and CRMs to streamline processes.

Moreover, you will serve as a pivotal liaison for company founders and executives, playing a central role in executing key projects and managing ad hoc administrative and operational duties.

As the coordinator, you will oversee project coordination, meticulously craft decks, and manage Airtables. Your adeptness in organizing travel arrangements and itineraries, particularly from the VA perspective, will be invaluable. You will also handle social media postings, wield advanced Excel skills, and adeptly organize the C-suite. Additionally, you'll manage marketing core processes, ensure compliance tracking, and maintain some bookkeeping tasks.

Your role extends beyond mere task completion; you are expected to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and initiate strategic initiatives.


Requirements:

Highly organized
At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant with Team Lead/Managerial roles
