Virtual Assistant for AI Art and Membership Program Support

Through our AI Art for Travel Agents Facebook Groups, Membership program, & Retainer services we provide unique, cutting-edge resources and tools designed to enhance visual storytelling and digital presence with AI Art. Our goal is to empower travel agents with the skills and visuals needed to captivate and inspire travelers worldwide.

The Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, self-starter Virtual Assistant who is passionate about the intersection of art, technology, and Travel. Your role will focus on supporting me as the owner and creator of the AI Art for Travel Agents Membership program, managing digital content in our Membership portal, and ensuring our members receive outstanding customer service via email and in our Facebook group.

Key Responsibilities:
Membership Content Management: Use our membership platform Thinkific to upload, organize, and update course materials, including recorded Zoom calls, ensuring our content is easily accessible and engaging for our members.

Zoom Call Scheduling & Facebook Group Scheduling Content Oversight with Company Calendar: Organize Zoom calls for webinars & training sessions. This includes setting up calls, managing invites, and offering technical support to ensure smooth operation.


Email & Customer Support: Be the friendly voice of our brand, managing customer service emails with promptness, warmth, and professionalism. Assist members with queries within the Facebook group, provide information about the program, and ensure a delightful experience.

Administrative Duties: Support the broader operational needs of The Travel Agent VA, including scheduling, managing digital files, and other tasks that contribute to the efficiency of our programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with AI art tools MidJourney, Leonardo & ChatGPT-Dalle 3 and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
Familiarity with Thinkific & Zoom, Facebook Groups, Stories & Reels
Proficient in scheduling and managing Zoom calls.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
A genuine interest in travel, AI technology, and supporting the growth of travel professionals.
