Our starting point is open deck shipping - a $135 Billion dollar market - which is how you transport large and odd shaped loads.

As Customer Operations, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of running accounts. Working closely with the Account Managers to ensure top level customer service and effectively operate accounts. You will focus on data entry, efficiency, adding value, and expanding on existing services offered across your customer accounts.

This role is an entry level position within our Accounts team, giving you the tools to grow your skills to be on the pathway of Account Managing.

What You'll Do:
Provide best-in-class service to assigned core customers through excellent communication
Work closely with Account Managers daily to manage each customer account
Building loads by completing data entry from customer provided information
Secure pick up and delivery appointments with customer
Tracking each shipment and effectively communicating any change in schedule to the customer
Manage issues and create solutions by collaborating with sales teams, account managers and carrier teams
Create and maintain tracking and scheduling SOP docs for assigned accounts
