JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Customer Support Virtual Assistant to bring on full-time at 40 hours a week. If you are dedicated, loyal, and someone who looking for a long-term partnership, follow the steps in this post as this job could change your life:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent/ Native communication skills in English
- Excellent Organizational skills and very detailed-oriented
- Stable internet connection, at least 10mbps
- You must be willing to work in the Central Standard Time zone, ideally between 9 am-6 pm

We are looking for someone who is:

- Proactive and resourceful, with the confidence to take on responsibility.
- Strong organization skills.
- Positive and has a can-do attitude
- Loyal and able to work in a team environment
- Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations. In short: you think solutions not problems.

Some of the tasks you will be required to complete include:

- Creating Standard Operating Procedures
- Creating FAQ Document
- Setting up Email Newsletters and Journals
- Answering Emails
- Answering Customer Inquiries/Tickets
- Managing >Facebook Community
- Other administrative and customer support tasks

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED - YOU WILL BE GIVEN FULL TRAINING. We will provide full training so that you are confident about how to perform the tasks assigned to you.

INTERVIEW:
You must also be willing to particpate in a Zoom Video Call before being accepted for the job. I will be picking 3 applicants to invite for a 2-week paid job trial (training) before making my final decision.

HOURS:
This position is a full-time opportunity and you will be required to work 40 hours per week and this job must be your only employment.

COMPENSATION:
Your salary will start at $750 per month with an opportunity to grow.
