Title: Wing-to-Wing Work Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wing-to-Wing Work Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire spectrum of accounting tasks, from initial data entry to final financial reporting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout all stages of the accounting process.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end accounting processes, from data entry to financial reporting.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
3. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments promptly.
4. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
5. Monitor cash flow and ensure timely collection of receivables.
6. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
7. Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
8. Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
9. Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
10. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
11. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
12. Assist with audits and tax filings as needed.
13. Stay updated on accounting best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
CPA or relevant certification preferred (optional).
Preferably but not required, someone with experience in the Medical field
