Brand Strategist / Marketing Generalist for Startup - From Branding to Digital Execution

Description:
We're a startup on the brink of launching our innovative product, looking for a talented and creative Brand Strategist with a knack for execution and team management. (Someone who knows how to build a brand and execute by managing and leading till initiative is built!) Your mission is to build our brand from the ground up, manage our website development, and lead our digital marketing initiatives, building community via social media.

Since we are small and starting, we have a big vision and are looking for someone who can be with us for the long term and grow with us. We are very limited in budget at this stage, so we need to be affordable and innovative!

This role is perfect for someone who is not only a BRAND STRATEGIST with an understanding of today's trends but also someone who understands what needs to be executed as a Marketing Generalist (either with his team or with 3rd party we supply) and who is honest, reliable, data-driven and thinks outside the box.

What We're Looking For:

Brand Development Expertise: Ability to craft and refine our brand identity, voice, and archetype to resonate with our target audience.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Proven track record of developing and implementing effective branding and digital marketing strategies.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects from concept to completion, capable of leading a team to meet deadlines and objectives.
Website Oversight: Skills to either directly build or supervise the development of a user-friendly, brand-cohesive website.
Digital Marketing Savvy: Knowledgeable in creating and executing digital marketing plans that enhance our online presence and engage our target audience.
Analytical Mindset: Use of data-driven insights to guide branding decisions and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to branding and marketing challenges.
Communication Skills: Excellent at communicating ideas, changes, and feedback to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and stakeholders.
Team Collaboration: A collaborative spirit to work with internal teams and external partners, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
Project Scope:

This is a project-based role with the potential to evolve into an ongoing engagement based on performance.
You will be responsible for laying the foundation of our brand, overseeing the development of our website, and launching our initial digital marketing efforts.
Success in this role means delivering a cohesive brand identity, a functional and engaging website, and a solid start to our digital marketing presence.
