JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a scheduler who has experience with outbound scheduling and appointment setting. This position requires critical thinking and excellent customer service skills via phone and email. This is an intermediate-advanced position requiring the ability to create schedules based upon various client locations and availability requiring the scheduler to create schedules that maximize productivity, minimize travel, and provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience scheduling appointments for outbound and online appointments. Experience in scheduling Telehealth, home healthcare visits or similar is preferred.

Additionally, if you have a college degree in areas of accounting, healthcare, pharmacy, or similar, then we want you to apply.

You must be proficient in writing and speaking English, and familiar with MS Teams, Outlook, Google Maps, and Excel. The more tech savvy you are, that is a plus in this position.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years working as a scheduler/appointment setter in Telehealth, healthcare, home health, or other healthcare environments where there are complex scenarios that require quick thinking for accurate scheduling.

* Must be able to work during the hours between 8am-6pm USA Pacific Time zone. M-F.
* Must have competency in using Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams.
