Job Summary: We need several enthusiastic and proactive individuals to enrich our team as General Marketplace Virtual Assistants. Our approach is client-centric, treating each account with the utmost care and dedication, a philosophy we expect every teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to embrace.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English
- Fast internet connection and a reliable computer
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Core Responsibilities:

- Possess a solid understanding of Amazon's Product Detail Pages (PDP)
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), with a readiness to learn and adapt to evolving processes.
- Maintain clear and ongoing communication with internal teams regarding account actions taken and the results of these actions
- Keep detailed records for effective follow-up and feedback from management
- Adhere to documentation standards, ensuring data security and compliance
- Support team objectives, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to undertake various tasks.
