Candidate Recruiter/Sourcer/Profiler - Recruiting Industry

We are a US-based recruiting group. All of our recruiting efforts are in the US only. We recruit in all areas related to manufacturing. We have been in business since 1999. We have a good industry reputation and plan to continue this. Occasionally, we will work in other industries, such as Supply Chain/Logistics, Human Resources, Finance, and others.

We are searching for a Philipines-based, EXPERIENCED candidate recruiter/ sourcing professional.



Required skills:

** Experience using LinkedIn, and other databases for candidates. Boolean search skills would be great! (We will provide a job description. Optimal candidate MUST be able to use keywords and SOURCE/SEARCH FOR candidate)

Great at talking to people (Strong English skills are a MUST)

Amazing team player and willing to work hard for team goals as well as individual goals

Bring a fun positive attitude to our meetings

Able and willing to work on different client accounts

Detail-oriented and able to keep accurate records

Must be SELF-MOTIVATED! We want someone motivated to achieve more and make more money!

** We are not looking for a normal VA or Customer Service person. We don't want to micro-manage someone! We want a person who is motivated by achievement and money. We will offer incentives and, the HARDER you work, the MORE MONEY you will make. **

Highly dependable. This is a tight-knit team and everyone has to pull their weight

Able to consistently hit goals

Able to consistently do a lot of phone calls (our setters do about 100+ calls per week.

Hours: You will need to make calls during appropriate US hours. You will be working

nights. (Philipines time). This position will start at 20 hours per week. But, we would ultimately love to have a full-time person.

Equipment needed: Computer, high-speed internet, and phone. We will provide you with

a US-based phone number and text service.
