JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and versatile E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of our Amazon private label business, including product sourcing, listing optimization, and fulfillment logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Role is temporary to permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential suppliers and manufacturers for our product categories, both domestically and internationally.
Conduct due diligence on suppliers, including factory visits, quality control checks, and compliance assessments.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure competitive rates and favorable terms.
Manage the procurement process, including order placement, tracking, and quality control.
Oversee procurement, order tracking, and inventory management.
Perform keyword research and create optimized product listings adhering to Amazon's guidelines.
Optimize titles, descriptions, images/videos, and backend keywords for visibility and conversions.
Manage fulfillment operations, either through Amazon FBA or third-party logistics providers.
Ensure efficient order processing, shipping, returns handling, and customer service.
Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Proven e-commerce operations experience in sourcing, listing optimization, and logistics.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's platform, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and persuasive copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant tools (sourcing platforms, listing optimization, inventory management).
- Negotiation skills and ability to build supplier/vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and supply chain logistics.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
