Outbound Sales Associates (Fitness) needed

BE PART OF SOMETHING NEW!

Our company, Gym Reinforcements, is looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Associates to join our team and help us serve our clients. You will sell 30-day fitness programs or 6-week challenges to the leads in our clients' databases. We represent almost 100 gyms across the United States!

What will you be doing?
- Make 75 outbound calls
- Send a daily text blast (scripts provided)
- Convert leads to sales via text, phone, email, and DMs

Job Requirements:
- Outbound sales experience is required
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week in US timezones
- Must have a working laptop/PC set-up
- Must have a stable and backup internet connection & electricity with adequate back-ups in case of outages
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about helping others to get healthy and fit.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Sheets

Starting pay is $8 per hour, with the possibility for an increase the longer you're on the team. Your onboarding period will include training materials and live training sessions with our Sales Trainer. Your training schedule and start date will be sent to you as you move along in the recruitment process with us. The 2-week training period will be unpaid. However, it will only be for 3 hours per day.
