Customer Support Agent Needed (Must have speak and write good english)

We are looking for someone who can handle phone customer support, email support tickets, and process refunds for our customers over the phone.

You need to be familiar with the Zendesk ticketing system and the Grasshopper phone System since we are using these platforms to handle our Email and Phone support inquiries, respectively. We also need you to be fluent in English, both in Speaking and Writing.

We need someone who is efficient and professional.
