JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary:
As an Executive Virtual Assistant, you will be reporting to the COO and your role is to
provide comprehensive support and assistance in various operational and administrative tasks. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of the COO's and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers’ (as needed) responsibilities by managing communication, coordinating schedules, and assisting in strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Tech-savvy with a systems-minded approach, adept at navigating and utilizing various cloud-based applications.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Google Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven individual with a demonstrated track record of meeting goals and deadlines.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and schedules.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the COO's email correspondence and calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for the COO as needed.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Conducting research and gathering information to support decision-making processes.
- Handling administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and maintaining filing systems.
- Serving as a liaison between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
