Youtube content creation for stock data

I require someone to create youtube content based on financial data i will provide with stocks and stock results. i will also give a general template to be used. the content creator will take the financial data and take some example charts from yahoo.com or similar to showcase the financial results i provide in a creative manner while adding transitions, effects or similar within the content.
