UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Sevron you'll play a pivotal role in sculpting the user experience across our e-commerce websites. Your mission is to craft and refine the design ethos, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates. This role invites you to collaborate with our marketing and development teams, driving innovation and excellence in our digital presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
User Research and Analysis:
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviours, needs, and preferences.
• Analyse data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in user interface design.

UI/UX Design:
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualise and communicate design ideas.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that align with user needs, business goals, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.

Visual and Multimedia Design:
• Develop visual designs, including layouts, graphics, presentations, documents, and icons, as required in product design and development, product marketing, and other objectives in line with corporate goals.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across all digital platforms, websites, products, and devices.

Usability Testing:
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results to improve user experience.

Responsive Design:
• Design responsive interfaces that provide optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes. Experience with mobile app design is a plus.

Documentation and Communication:
• Document design decisions, guidelines, and best practices for future reference.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2 years in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Wix, WordPress, GoDaddy, Shopify, etc.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• A solid understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues and web standards
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in e-commerce, social media, and multimedia design is highly desirable.
