Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive, you're not just a tea
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support via Zendesk, Gorgias, or Gladly, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Expertly navigate our Shopify platform to assist customers with product inquiries and order-related questions.
- Adhere to and enrich our SOPs to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Collaboratively work towards enhancing our customer service processes.
- Stay abreast of our product range and policies to provide the most accurate and helpful information to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience with DTC brands, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs and e-commerce dynamics
- Familiarity with Shopify; proficiency in Zendesk, Gorgias, or Gladly is highly desirable
- Excellent written English communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy
- Adaptability to work within US time zones
- A proactive problem-solver, keen on following SOPs with precision
