FULL TIME Accounts Receivable Controller - Graveyard Shift (PST timezone)

Must be able to work during US hours (PST timezone) - 8a.m. - 5p.m PST timezone. Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic and can provide a history of successful freelance working background.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Controller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for Handle Outbound and Inbound Calling with clients, maintaining accurate financial records for our company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Requirements:
- Handle Outbound and Inbound Calling
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality regarding financial information
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work during regular business hours
- High-speed internet connection and reliable computer
